How quickly we reply
Messages are answered in the order they arrive, seven days a week. Brand and wholesale enquiries are moved to the front of the queue.
If something has gone wrong with an order, say so in the subject line. Those get opened first.
Checking an order
Sign in to your account and open the order to see its status and any tracking detail.
If you checked out as a guest, the order confirmation and dispatch emails both carry a direct link to your order. No account is needed to use it.
Returns
Start a return within 30 days of delivery, and the refund goes back to your original payment method once we have received and inspected it.
We reply with a return authorisation and the address to send the item to. Please wait for that before posting anything back, so the return can be matched to your order. The full terms are on the returns page, and the money side is on the refund policy.

If you own a brand, distribute one, or supply at wholesale, this form reaches the purchasing desk directly. It asks for the details needed to open an authorisation file, so nothing has to be chased in a second email.
